Stilton and Port is a classic combination but there are plenty of amazing pairing opportunities with the unique sweetness found in various sherries, ports, madeiras, and other fortified wines. Dave Herman will select, introduce and lead discussion on the wines; Martin Johnson will do likewise for the cheeses.

The stereotype of a Belgian beer is a brew that is somewhat sweet, slightly strong, and always delicious. Please join us for eight pairings of beers and cheese that will either confirm or confound those notions (except the part about delicious).
