Fromage of the Day, 11.29.12: Paglierino. Buttery, nutty, and complex, this sheep’s milk cheese is from Italy. It pairs nicely with your favorite Brunelo, A Smuttynose Winter Ale, a Macallan with as much vintage as you can afford, or a very very dry cider.
