Creamy One
 (BCS)

Appenzeller Beeler:  Nutty, grassy, and sweet this is a classic Alpine cheese from the master of Swiss cheese, Rolf Beeler. cheese from Consider Bardwell Farms in Vermont. (BCS, WFT)  

Beer – Six Point Crisp Lager: A German style beer brewed in Wilkes-Barre for the Brooklyn based Six Point, it is highlighted by vegetal flavors.


Round 2
L’Amuse Oileman Borenkass
:  Tangy, crumbly and sweet, this Aged Gouda is from Holland. (BCS)

Isle of Mull Cheddar:   Smokey, peaty, and sharp, this cheddar is made in Scotland from the milk of cow’s fed grain from a nearby distillery. (WFT, BCS)

Beer – Sixpoint Sweet Action: A Belgian Pale Ale, lighter and sweeter than classic English PA’s. (7% ABV)

Round 3: 

HooliganAn onion-ey cheese from Connecticut. (SC, Union Sq Greenmarket, BCS, M)

Gorgonzola Dolce di Capra: Creamy, dense and tangy, this is a goat’s milk variation of Italy’s most classic blue (BCS, E)

Beer – Six Point Brownstone: An American Brown Ale highlighted by notes of coffee, nuts, and toffee plus a hoppy kick. (ABV = 5.7%).
